Case Study: Service Launch The aim of this one day event was to develop marketing and service management plans for the 2 parties involved in order to bring ‘Liferoom' to market. Liferoom is an innovative, new web-based offering for organisations looking for a solution to reduce stress and improve the well-being of their staff.

This facilitated event raised launch and service integration issues and led to focussed marketing activity. Six month plans for both marketing and back office systems and processes were developed. Participants valued the day highly for the focus it brought and the action it effected.
